PHILADELPHIA, (Reuters) – Philadelphia emergency personnel took a toddler to the hospital on Wednesday from a bus that had simply arrived carrying migrants from the U.S.-Mexico border, and metropolis officers chastised Texas Governor Greg Abbott for sending the bus with out coordinating it upfront.
