WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. Senate Republicans, who didn’t win management of the chamber in final week’s midterm elections, on Wednesday voted to maintain Mitch McConnell as their caucus chief, a spokesperson mentioned.

McConnell fended off a problem by Senator Rick Scott, who had run the Republicans’ election group.
