HAVANA/WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A visiting U.S. delegation wrapped up two days of talks on law-enforcement points with Cuban officers in Havana on Thursday, the State Division mentioned, the primary assembly of its sort since such negotiations have been halted below former President Donald Trump.

Washington’s issues about counterterrorism have been among the many gadgets on the agenda, U.S. officers had mentioned.
