WASHINGTON (Reuters) – California Democratic U.S. Consultant Adam Schiff, who led the impeachment case towards former President Donald Trump and was a member of the congressional panel that probed the 2021 Capitol assaults, introduced a marketing campaign for the U.S. Senate to signify the state.
“Our democracy is underneath assault from MAGA extremists, who care solely about gaining energy and holding it,” Schiff mentioned in a press release on Thursday. “I stay up for campaigning onerous on this race,” he added.
