WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday requested a federal court docket in Florida to offer him and his legal professionals with an entire model of the sworn assertion that federal investigators used to acquire a search warrant for his Florida property in August.

Prosecutors are conducting a felony probe over the retention of presidency information on the resort after Trump’s presidency ended. The movement to unseal the affidavit was requested in a court docket submitting within the U.S. District Court docket for the Southern District of Florida.
