LONDON (Reuters) – Russian President Vladimir Putin mentioned he had signed a decree on partial mobilisation starting on Wednesday, saying he was defending Russian territories and that the West needed to destroy the nation.
In a televised tackle, Putin mentioned his purpose was to “liberate” east Ukraine’s Donbas area, and that most individuals within the area didn’t wish to return to what he referred to as the “yoke” of Ukraine.
