Pakistan scored a massive 155-run victory in the Asia Cup, dismissing Hong Kong for 38 runs. This is Pakistan’s biggest win in terms of runs in T20 cricket. Playing first, Pakistan team scored 193 runs for 2 wickets. In reply, Hong Kong were reduced to 38 runs in the eleventh over. With this win, Pakistan became the last team to go into the Super Four.
In the match, Hong Kong won the toss and decided to bowl first and sent Pakistan captain Babar Azam to the pavilion on a personal score of 9 runs. After this Mohammad Rizwan and Fakhar Zaman made a century partnership. Zaman was dismissed for 53 runs in 41 balls. Rizwan remained at the crease after fifty.
