Joseph Lloyd Kennedy, 67, was charged in Okmulgee County courtroom on Monday. If convicted of any of the murders, he may face the dying penalty. Authorities mentioned they consider Kennedy acted alone. It was not recognized if Kennedy had an lawyer.
Kennedy is being held within the Okmulgee County jail with out bond for the murders of Billy Jack Chastain, 30; Mark Chastain, 32; Mike Sparks, 32; Alex Stevens, 29.
