SEOUL (Reuters) – North Korean chief Kim Jong Un stated the nation must be able to conduct nuclear assaults at any time to discourage battle, accusing the U.S. and South Korea of increasing joint army drills involving American nuclear belongings, state media KCNA stated on Monday.
