SEOUL (Reuters) – North Korea fired an unspecified ballistic missile towards the east coast on Saturday, South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Workers mentioned, marking Pyongyang’s fourth launch in per week because it ratchets up stress within the Korean peninsula.

The launch comes after the U.S. and South Korea held the Ulchi Freedom Defend, the most important joint army drill in about 5 years, and after U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris visited South Korea this week.
