KUWAIT (Reuters) – Kuwait’s Constitutional Courtroom on Sunday voided outcomes of legislative elections held within the Gulf Arab state final September and dominated that the earlier disbanded parliament be reinstated.
The ruling comes at a time of renewed tensions between the elected parliament and authorities. Kuwait’s crown prince final yr moved to finish political feuding by dissolving parliament and calling early polls by which opposition members made positive factors.
