BIRMINGHAM, England (Reuters) – Britain will purchase two specialist ships to guard underwater infrastructure reminiscent of cables and pipelines, defence minister Ben Wallace stated on Sunday, following leaks within the Nord Stream gasoline pipelines from Russia to Europe.

“I can announce we’ve got lately dedicated to 2 specialist ships with the potential to maintain our cables and pipelines protected,” Wallace instructed the Conservative Social gathering convention in Birmingham, central England.
