Biden to appoint profession diplomat Tracy as ambassador to Russia, White Home says By Reuters

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -President Joe Biden will nominate profession diplomat Lynne Tracy, at the moment the U.S. ambassador to Armenia, as ambassador to Russia, the White Home mentioned on Tuesday.
