WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Joe Biden instructed CNN throughout an interview broadcast on Tuesday that he didn’t suppose Russian President Vladimir Putin would use a tactical nuclear weapon within the struggle with Ukraine.

Biden, requested by CNN anchor Jake Tapper how real looking he believed it will be for Putin to make use of a tactical nuclear weapon, responded: “Nicely, I don’t suppose he’ll.”
