WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Joe Biden plans to appoint profession diplomat Lynne Tracy as U.S. ambassador to Russia, CNN reported on Wednesday, citing three sources accustomed to the matter.

Tracy presently serves as U.S. ambassador to Armenia. The White Home didn’t instantly reply to a request for remark.
